Our dedicated public support mailbox is being established with the BrainBloom domain. This page will show the verified address once it can receive and send replies. Public operator details are also pending before commercial launch.

You can already download or delete your BrainBloom records using “Your data, your choice” in the garden profile section. Guest controls apply only to the current browser. Signed-in controls apply to your BrainBloom account records.

Corrections and security reports

The upcoming mailbox will accept content corrections, privacy enquiries and security reports. Please do not share passwords, payment information or another learner’s private data in public.
