Manage your data now

You can download or delete your BrainBloom records using “Your data, your choice” in the garden profile section. Guest controls apply only to the current browser. Signed-in controls apply to your BrainBloom account records.

Report an age or leaderboard concern

Include the page and public alias involved, and a short explanation. Do not send a child’s birth date, school, identity documents or private messages. If an age check was completed incorrectly, ask for an eligibility review. Reports are reviewed by the operator; this is not an emergency service.

Contact safely

Include the page address and a brief description of the issue. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment information or another learner’s private data. For a security report, describe the issue without copying private records or accessing anyone else’s account.
